BLOODY MARY

A pinch of Czech sarcasm in the form of pork belly, spices, and tomatoes, relieved by a dose of Slovak softness in the taste of melon will get you back on your feet after a night of partying.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40 ml CZECHOSLOVAKIA VODKA used for macerating dried pork belly
  • 30 ml tomato, red beet, and melon mixed in water
  • 25 ml melon puree
  • a pinch of spices paprika, salt, black pepper, chilli sauce
  • 2 fresh cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh sour cream
  • 4 drops of mushroom ketchup
  • decoration red pepper, vegetable crisps, salty sticks

RECIPE

Strain the vodka mixture to obtain a clear liquid. Mix the tomato, red beet, and melon in water. Mix all ingredients together and leave in the fridge for four hours. Serve in a cleaned, scorched pepper filled with ice, with salted sticks and vegetable crisps.
