INGREDIENTS

• 50 ml CZECHOSLOVAKIA VODKA
• 50 ml sterilized egg white
• 50 ml red cider
• 25 ml lavender – aronia syrup

PRRECIPE

Combine 50 ml of CZECHOSLOVAKIA VODKA, 50 ml sterilized egg white and 25 ml lavender-aronia syrup in a shaker. Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white. Then, add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled. Strain the mixture into a glass and top up with red cider.
